If you find that components are too tight after printing, feel free to adjust your printer settings and material parameters—or simply sand down any excess material for a smoother fit. With TopoTech printers and materials, assemblies typically achieve flawless results even with tolerances as tight as 0.15 mm or 0.2 mm.

The model measures approximately 171 mm in total length. For single‑color prints, you’ll need about 28 grams of material and expect a print time of 2 hours and 15 minutes. For multi‑color prints, the material consumption rises to roughly 36 grams, with a print time of 2 hours and 36 minutes. Using PLA, set the layer height to 0.12 mm, apply a 2‑layer wall structure, and keep the acceleration at 1000 or lower across all axes.
