A photo says it all; most modern fridges come with a fresh zone or crisper drawer designed to keep vegetables and fruits fresher for longer. However, condensation does occur, leading to water accumulation and the growth of mold on food. I've designed these decks to act as spacers, preventing food from coming into contact with the water condensed in such compartments. No more worrying about rotten veggies due to water in the fridge.
