Ba-la-la-ba-bah~, the Maimai Ice Cream Cone Fidget Button—a delightful stress-relief clicker. Back in early 2024, when I was just starting out with 3D printing and modeling, I designed a series of button-themed toys—but due to technical limitations, I never got around to updating them. Recently, I dusted off that old inspiration library and brought some cute little button toys back to life—haha!

Switch Recommendations:

The model does not include mechanical keyboard switches; you’ll need to purchase them separately. Just head over to Taobao or Pinduoduo and pick up a budget-friendly set—you’ll be fine. If you’re new to switches, I’d recommend going with Blue Switches. It’s best to opt for switches that don’t feature dust‑proof edges.

Installation Tips:

1. Be sure to trim off the four long, slender protrusions inside the cap.

2. Pay close attention to the installation orientation: The cross-shaped structure has one side that’s slightly longer—this corresponds to the long edge of the switch. We recommend first assembling the top cap with the switch without attaching the base; once you’ve confirmed that the cap clicks up and down smoothly, you can then secure it onto the base.

3. If the fit isn’t quite right, feel free to enlarge or fill in the holes as needed. If the issue persists despite your adjustments, we suggest tweaking the print parameters for better results—sorry about that!

Material Selection:

I tested printing with PLA; PETG hasn’t been evaluated yet. If you encounter issues like oversized or undersized holes, please feel free to fine‑tune the hole compensation settings accordingly.
