I designed this for a robotics project to mount large framed Globe motors. This mount gives you two planes to mount the motor vertically or horizontally. You can mount the motor with the shaft high or low just by rotating the motor 180 degrees.
A bit more clunky than an aluminum bracket from Igus, but probably sturdier.
