Here is a model I made with Autodesk Fusion 360 of the Dual/Twin Broadswords that the character Zuko uses in the Nickelodeon TV show, Avatar: The Last Airbender. This was a quick mockup for a prop. I ended up printing and painting the guards, pommels, and pins as well as the pieces for the scabbard. I cut out blades from 1/4 inch thick plastic sheeting. For the scabbard, I used faux leather. The models aren't the cleanest to print but they seemed to turn out fine using standard supports.
