• I've not yet tested this remix for dust collection efficiency; however, the photos on this design do accurately reflect how the part fits on my angle grinder.

I printed out the original version of this part, but it didn't quite fit my 4 1/2" angle grinder collar, so I enlarged the collar a bit. I also added a key section to "lock" the shroud from rotating around the collar.

It also didn't have enough depth to use with a Dewalt diamond grinding attachment (DW4772T), so I adjusted the height of the cover to be a little deeper. I also removed much of the surface area of the cover to permit the entire attachment sufrace area to contact the working surface.

It also didn't fit my 1.25" shop vac - it was too lose, so I shrunk the inner diameter of the vacuum connection point (round part only - the connection to the cover is unchanged.
