This is a fluted pastry cutter generated from a parametric surface. The design is intended to be printed with the fluted edge facing upwards. The center has a hole that can fit a dowel, pencil, or brush to use as an axle.

Customization:

The STL file can be scaled along the z axis (perpendicular to the disc plane) to adjust the size of the cutter. When I printed it, I rescaled it such that the diameter of the disc was 8cm and the thickness of the cutter was 6mm.

Future Work:

A dedicated holder/axle component could be designed to improve the ergonomics of the cutter. Be my guest.
