This is just a simple valve stem cap wrench… The valve stem caps on my truck are hexagons in shape… they also like to seal themselves on nice and snug - so much so that it is impossible by finger to loosen to fill your tires with air… so quick pop into fusion and we got ourselves a little wrench to keep in the truck.
