• Printing Instructions

Compatible with most FDM home 3D printers, with no special equipment required:

• Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm

• Infill density: 15% recommended for enhanced strength and load-bearing capacity

• Infill pattern: Triangle or honeycomb patterns are preferred for better compression resistance

• Supports: The model is well-structured and usually does not require supports, making it easy to print

• Build plate adhesion: If your printer is well-leveled, no additional adhesion settings are needed; enable Brim if necessary to prevent warping

• Split-part printing: If the tray is designed in separate parts, you can print them individually to fit more printer sizes

This model works with most standard FDM filaments, with PLA+ and PETG being the most recommended:

For everyday use, PLA+ is ideal — tougher and more impact-resistant than regular PLA, with great print stability, suitable for indoor or short-term outdoor use

For extended outdoor use (e.g., camping or beach trips), PETG is recommended for its better heat resistance and moisture durability, making it well-suited for varying weather conditions and sun exposure.

Please ensure your chair’s armrest dimensions match the tray’s snap-fit slot (refer to size diagrams if available)

Easily removable and washable after use — keeping it dry will extend its lifespan

Avoid long-term use in extreme heat or direct sunlight unless printed with PETG or ASA for better weather resistance
