Use the 3MF file, make sure to surround the print with rocks.

It is 18cm long with 3mm holes → if you scale it, be careful, the holes scale as well (if you make it 25cm long, its gonna have around 4mm holes).

 

Use PETG or better material! PLA will start to fall apart in few months.
