Featuring TPU joints and proprietary gear‑based articulation technology, this design delivers consistent damping performance across a wide range of temperatures, minimizes part count, and enhances the overall assembly experience.

Simple Assembly Instructions

When installing the TPU joints, please follow these steps:

1. First, slide the TPU joint sleeves onto the ball joints.
2. Next, carefully fit the assembled joints into their designated mounting positions.
3. All six TPU joint sleeves are fully interchangeable—no need to worry about matching specific parts; simply use the sleeves that correspond to each joint.
4. Match by color—no painting required; what you see is what you get!

Thanks to the gear‑based joints, many components can be printed as a single, integrated part, significantly reducing assembly steps.

Assembly is incredibly straightforward: just insert the parts into the corresponding Y‑shaped slots as shown in the diagrams—no glue required!

Due to unpredictable factors such as temperature, material properties, and humidity, if the assembly feels a bit loose, simply slip a thin sheet of paper between the parts before reassembling.
