📏 Compatibility — Check Before Printing

The clamp has an internal diameter of 35 mm.

Before printing, measure your bicycle’s handlebar or mounting tube and make sure you have a straight, unobstructed 35 mm diameter section available. Check that cables, brakes and other accessories will not interfere with the mount.

🧵 Recommended Filaments

For better durability, I recommend printing the mount using a more technical filament such as:

• PETG – durable, easy to print and more temperature-resistant than PLA

• ASA – a great choice for outdoor use thanks to its heat and UV resistance

Regular PLA is less suitable because it may soften or deform when exposed to high temperatures or direct sunlight. ☀️

🔩 Required Hardware

Apart from the printed parts, you only need:

• 2 × M3 × 20 mm screws

🛠️ Assembly

1. Slide the handlebar clamp into the rail underneath the controller holder.

2. Place the circular clamp around the bicycle handlebar.

3. Secure it using the two M3 × 20 mm screws.

4. Insert the RC-N3 controller and attach your smartphone.

5. Check that everything is firmly secured before use.

The mount keeps your controller conveniently accessible whenever you stop to launch or control your drone. 🚁📱
