I have made these with Claude IA. It is 2 duct and one bracket for cooling an Intel X540 T2 on a HP Elitedesk 800 G4 SSF.

For my test at this time with 10G-10G network, temps are:
44.8°C > 1750 rpm

Duct 1 is made in ASA without support (1 hour print on Elegoo Centauri Carbon) x 1
Duct 2 is made in PETG with support (4 hours  print on Elegoo Centauri Carbon) x 1
Support is made in PLA without support (30 mins print en Elegoo Centauri Carbon) x 1
Gaskets are made in TPU without support ( 15 mins print on Elegoo Centauri Carbon) x 2
Ducts and fan are mounted with 3mm inserts ans screws.
