I made a low poly version of a mini shoehorn, that I think looks cool. I also changed the dimensions quite a bit to make it easier to print without supports. It works surprisingly well, and it's as easy to use as a smooth shoe horn :)

 

Both PLA and PETG works well.

 

Slicer settings: 0.20mm layer height recommended. I slowed down outer perimeters to 180. No brim and supports needed for PLA. If you print in PETG, you need brim. I used 20% gyroid infill to make it stronger.
