If you are planning to travel with your Wegovy pen (or others), here is Chillgovy,  a case with built in triple insulation spaces. I realised that just having frozen sides just wasn't enough, the additional air filled cavity should help keep the ice/water cooler for longer.  Space for several needles in there too!

You can either print “as is” using the cavities to keep the Wegovy pen cool, just remove the layer pause in the profile. See image if you are not sure where the water should go.

Simply pop it in the freezer before your trip, let it freeze up over-night and it should help to keep your Wegovy pen cool.  Do not completely fill the cavity with water as it will need space to expand as it freezes.

You might want to consider printing in PETG or something with stronger layer bonds to avoid cracking when freezing the liquid, I've only tested with PLA and it seems just fine.

If you are using a bed-slinger printer, I would stick to the standard version with air insulation as there is a good chance putting water in it at the pause point would slosh around when printing!

There are two lids in this print, a smooth lid, a knurled lid, your choice.

I hope you enjoy this design, its been through quite a few iterations over many days to get it just right, so really would appreciate any feedback or suggestions.
