Filament spools taking over your workspace?

This stand is a simple, strong and modular way to keep them under control.

Model is designed for 25 mm furniture tubes (chrome rails) and standard filament spools. I printed all parts in PET-G and the stand is already tested with full load.

Hardware needed 

Furniture tubes:

25 mm outer diameter, 1 m long4 tubes = smallest 2-level version of the stand 

Screws (M8x20 Allen / socket head):

2-level stand (with feet and top ending): 20 screws totalEach additional level: +8 screws 

Tubes should fit tightly into the printed parts – the screws only lock them in place and stop any movement.

Important note about tolerances 

I recommend printing just one connector part first and testing it with your tube.

Every printer has slightly different tolerances and precision, so it’s better to check the fit before you commit to the full print.

Material: PET-G or ABS / ASA (for strength and temperature resistance)Perimeters: 3–4 wallsInfill: 20–30% is enough for normal usePrint bed: minimum 250 × 250 mmNo supports needed for the main parts (depending on your setup)
