This customizable port cleaner generator lets you create the perfect plastic tool to safely hook out pocket lint and dust from your USB-C or Lightning port.

 

⚙ Customizer features:

  • Thickness: Crucial for your specific port. Set to 0.8mm for USB-C or 0.6mm for Lightning.
  • Tip size: Adjust the length and width to reach deep into the bottom of the port.
  • Hook angle: The tiny hook at the end grabs the lint easily so you can pull it out in one go.
  • Handle & hole: Easily attach it to your keychain so you always have it ready.

 

🖨 Print settings:

  • Material: PETG, ABS or ASA is highly recommended! PLA is bit more brittle and can snap inside your phone port.
  • Layer height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm for the fine details on the hook.
  • Infill: 100% solid.
  • Support: None.
