This is a little fidget toy which also can be used as a massager. It uses a very common 608 bearing (like these https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_c441fbfD ). If you want to make the bearing spin for longer you can clean the grease with brake cleaner, contact cleaner or another solvent.

 

Press the bearing in with a bench vice or give it a few light taps with a hammer. The side caps should fit fairly easy.
