I was playing golf with a friend and noticed that his golf bag was suspended in mid-air while using his Bag Boy Swivel Push Cart. He was using a stand bag and it wasn't quite long enough to rest on the two rails where the bag was supposed to rest. After measuring the cart and several prototypes, I found the correct values. The spacer sits on the two lower bars with a perfect friction fit. The golf bag rests on the spacer and no longer dangles by the upper strap. This was printed on my Elegoo Centauri Carbon using PETG.
