This is a shaker to be filled with small segments of filament (I used old brittle filament that could no longer be printed) or small printer poops.

 

It has some geometry inside to slow down the pieces as well as to create more sound and reinforce the thin (0.8mm) walls. Can be printed without support as long as the orientation isn't changed.

 

Pause the print midway through and add the filament scraps/printer poop. About 30% of the total height seems to be enough.
