I designed and produced a fuel cap gasket for an Opel Corsa B using 3D printing.

The material is TPU, which makes the gasket flexible, fuel-resistant, UV-resistant, and durable.

The reason for creating a new part was that the original gasket had become brittle and crumbled over time.

With custom 3D printing, the gasket can be replaced precisely and reliably.

I have no rights to any parts from Opel and just wanted to create a quick and practical solution for my problem.

Ich habe eine Tankdeckeldichtung für einen Opel Corsa B als 3D-Druckteil entworfen und gefertigt.

Das Material ist TPU, wodurch die Dichtung flexibel, benzinbeständig/UV-beständig und langlebig ist.

Der Grund für die Neuanfertigung war, dass die alte Dichtung im Laufe der Zeit spröde wurde und zerbröselt ist.

Durch den individuellen 3D-Druck kann die Dichtung (zumindest bei mir) passgenau ersetzt werden.

Ich habe keinerlei Rechte an irgendwelchen Teilen von Opel und wollte lediglich eine schnelle und pragmatische Lösung für mein Problem schaffen.

Ich übernehme keine Verantwortung für den Umgang mit der erstellten Datei. Jeder Nutzer handelt auf eigene Verantwortung.
