since there wasn't many options out there for chamber heaters let along cabling without having to drill, cut or tap into the physical chassis, i decided to do some poking around and found that the spool holder access point is a physical hole in the side panel and the spool holder just slots into a small plastic cover on the inside of the panel. That said Got to work and drafted a replacement cap with room for 14-22AWG cabling or any cables for that matter, this cover is friction fit and quite snug as to not need to use screws, magnets, or any hardware for that matter.

as you can see in the photo i used a creality 70C chamber heater and repurposed my old p1s mounts i found a long time ago and modified them - all this stuff will be uploaded once i finalize all the designs but the cover itself is good to go and ready for prime time. been using it for a solid week now with the heater and that exit actually leaks less air now then it does in the stock form.

Printed in ASA for heat resistance since i am pushing chamber temps into the high 50s to very low 60s , too much leakage to seem to get it any higher but working on that.

in the works currently is a holder for the controller for the creality heater along with some cable strips that mount to the side of the printer in stock m3 screw locations just to dress up the cable and also including an external cover for the spool side to cover those cables as well.

no step file included on this as it was drafted in tinkercad but will upload the other files when i get around too it. for now the stl is here and ready for everyone's use.
