This is a set of sixteen-color character badges based on the Enneagram personality types:

Updates:

1. At the request of our community members in the comments, we’ve added a keychain loop to each version—now you can easily use them as keychains!
2. To better suit their role as keychains, we’ve scaled down the size; A1mini printers can now handle these designs too.
3. As with previous versions, we’ve optimized the print settings and color‑changing sequence to deliver exceptional print quality while minimizing material usage and print time. A set of four badges takes about 1.5 hours to print, averaging just over twenty minutes per badge—truly efficient!
4. If you’d like to adjust the position or size of the keychain loop, simply locate the corresponding “hole” object at the top of the object list and make your changes. Please do not move the “hole” object to the bottom of the object list—doing so could lead to slicing order errors.

Model Overview

1. Each badge features a 3 cm diameter circular hole on the back, with a depth of 1–2 mm—perfect for attaching brooch backs or refrigerator magnets.
2. If you’d like to tweak the size or depth of the hole, simply open the file, scroll all the way to the bottom of the object list, select the four cylindrical negative components, and adjust their dimensions accordingly.
3. The filament consumption order for each print job has been carefully optimized to strike the perfect balance between print quality and minimal material waste—so you can print with confidence!

Important Notes

• Before printing, be sure to clean both the nozzle and the build plate—nothing’s more frustrating than having fine filament residue mar the surface finish!
• The texture on the badge’s surface is largely determined by the heated bed. With a standard PEI build plate, you’ll achieve that signature shimmering effect shown in my images—but you can also experiment with specialized textured plates to create mirror‑like finishes, carbon‑fiber patterns, or even starry‑night textures!
