I wanted a simple, functional frame for 5x7 inch photos (127x178 mm) that uses as little filament as possible, and this is what I ended up with. 

 

I took the original Thingiverse model and removed the back stand/nail holes, slimmed down the exterior, reduced the infill, and made various other changes that result in an extremely lightweight frame that prints fairly quickly and can easily be hung up with double-sided tape. Can even be printed with an A1 Mini! 

 

Make sure you're printing on a clean plate. I recommend rubbing a bit of coarse sandpaper on the back of the frame, just on the areas where you place the double-sided tape (this helps with adhesion).
