Shanhai Jing Mecha Series 80 – “Luan Yin” Engineering Armored Transport Vehicle

This series features mechas inspired by mythical creatures from the Shanhai Jing. In addition, there are Bagua Mechas (based on the renowned mountains and rivers of each province—such as Chaohu Lake, Mount Li, Badaling, Namtso Lake, and more) and Mythical Mechas (modeled after iconic legendary figures like Sun Wukong, Yang Jian, and the Ox Demon King).

The Shanhai Jing series is further subdivided into multiple sub‑series, including the Biological Form Series, Mechanical Form Series, Fighter Jet Series, Aircraft Series, Warship Series, Tank Series, Multi‑Purpose Engineering Vehicle Series, Rotary Armored Engineering Vehicle Series, and Engineering Armored Truck Series, among others.

This particular model is the 8th installment in the Engineering Armored Truck Series.

The first model in the series is the 44 “Ling Hu” Engineering Armored Box Van.

The second model is the 49 “Lin Lin” Engineering Armored Fuel Tanker.

The third model is the 51 “Xi Qu” Engineering Armored Dump Truck.

The fourth model is the 53 “Jing Jing” Engineering Armored Concrete Mixer.

The fifth model is the 54 “Na Fu” Engineering Armored Fence Truck.

The sixth model is the 57 “Yao Yu” Engineering Armored Trailer.

The seventh model is the 64 “Mao Niu” Engineering Armored Flatbed Truck.

Simple to assemble, easy to build, quick to print, highly reliable—and virtually unbreakable!

Note: 1. If the parts won’t snap together by hand, simply use the tool hammer provided on the homepage, align it with the locking tabs, and gently tap it into place.

        2. To prevent print failures, we recommend applying a light coat of adhesive or using a spray lubricant on the print bed—most print failures are caused by an overly smooth print surface.

No supports are required for printing (though if your base plate isn’t adhesive, you can add a skirt to ensure better adhesion). Assembly requires no glue or hardware—just apply firm pressure or give it a gentle tap with a small hammer if the pieces feel a bit tight. This is a truly convenient Chinese‑style assembly model!

Luan Yin:

A wild beast said to dwell on Mount Sanwei, resembling a cow in appearance, with a white body and four horns. Its fur is thick and bristly, covering its entire form like a worn-out straw cloak—and it is known to prey on humans.
“It looks like a cow, with a white body and four horns; its bristles are as thick as a straw cloak—and it devours men.” —From the Western Third Chapter of the Shanhai Jing
