It is a phone holder for Mounts on the monitor (you have to check if yours is the same (4 Holes like each one is one the corner of a rectangle)

Mine is a Lenovo 27" Monitor

If printed push the holder in the hole and if needed pull it out a bit turn the holder backwards and store it behind the monitor

There is a Phone Holder with Hexagon pattern and one without, choose whatever you prefer

You have to print the Holder with supports
