It is built around the Vivanco 36637, you can get this mouse from Amazon for around 6€ (7USD)

Print with tree supports.

Assembly:

To assemble it you can just remove the screws on the casing and take the PCB out. Solder the scroll weel out. Please dont hurt you. Put the Lens in the fitting in the middle and route the cable under the PCB. Then press the PCB firmly on the Pins until it is in Place. Additionally you can put some mouse feet on the edges for better slide.
