For best results, use a strong filament. PLA works well for casual use, but PETG, ABS, ASA, or TPU will offer greater durability. TPU, in particular, is worth testing if you're curious about flexibility and long-term wear. Keep in mind that repeated stress may gradually affect the tension of the clip. If it’s pushed out of place often, it may begin to stay that way—but for everyday use, this shouldn’t be a major concern.

• Infill: 10%–100%, depending on intended use
• Infill Type: Gyroid recommended for strength and flexibility
• Perimeters: 3 for added durability
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Top/Bottom Layers: 4–5
• Filament: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, or TPU
• Supports: Not required
• Brim/Raft: Not needed
• Print Speed: 45–60 mm/s
• Cooling: Moderate cooling for PETG and PLA; reduced cooling for TPU

Advanced Tip for Users:
If your printer isn’t well-calibrated or tends to over-extrude, go to Print Settings > Advanced > Slicing > XY Size Compensation and adjust the value to -0.1 or -0.15. If the walls are still merging, increase the compensation to -0.2 or -0.25. This can help improve fit and prevent deformation.
