A half eaten-Chapstick to prank your friends!

100% 3D Printed other than the wrapper (the wrapper is re-used from real Chapstick containers)

Printing Tips:

Use a lower layer height for less friction and better fits for the wrapper, cap, and the half-eaten Chapstick.

Tune Flow Ratio if the cap isn't fitting properly.

Clean bed with dish soap and water if adhesion is poor.
 

This is a full replica of the classic Chapstick container with a silly twist. Fully 3D Printable, glue is required for the wrapper and to glue the Chapstick piece inside of the container. This is not 100% to scale, I tried to remake it as close as possible but there is very minor differences in size. No supports required.

How to get the wrapper on.

I took a utility knife and cut the wrapper on its seam, try to get it straight and be VERY CAREFUL when using a utility knife, their sharper than they look. Another way is printing out the wrapper on a 2D, paper printer but I haven't tried that myself. Once you got the wrapper, wrap it around your new model, apply tape to hold it in its circular form temporarily and put a light amount of glue onto the printed Chapstick container where the wrapper will go. slide the wrapper onto the glue, and take a small piece of paper towel to wipe away the excess glue sticking out of the wrapper (if any). Wait till the glue dries, then remove the tape holding the wrapper together as it's no longer needed.

The cap also may need upscaled/downscaled to have the perfect fit.

The half-eaten Chapstick might need glue depending on your printer accuracy.

If it fits with friction, great! If it does not and is loose, feel free to upscale or glue in using any plastic glue of your choice
