This stand can be used for small macro pads, any other music equipment, as well as phones, a nintendo switch, etc.
 

I printed these with tree supports and a 0.4mm nozzle. Other than support removal, no hardware or post-processing is needed.

In terms of assembly, the smaller traingular pieces slide into the larger counterpart. For storage, slide pieces into the second dovetail underneath, and snap the pieces together. There is a notch to prevent them from sliding apart
