It's a replacement 1:1 for the original fan duct. Remove the metal holder of the fan, mount the printed one and fix the fan on the printed fan duct.
I have directly printed on the plate, no brim or raft. I used PLA, which is OK, but ABS or a material with a higher melting point would be better. U can use the original fan and screws.
The printing objects are now much better than before, the cooling works great.
