This base mount that was designed is used to modify the existing CR6-SE spool holder arm to allow it to mount on the top of the printer.

The hardware used to mount the base mount to the top of the printer is the same as the carry handle. If you are willing to sacrifice the carry handle from the printer, you could just use it straight. To mount the spool holder arm to the base mount, slide the arm into the slot and add a bolt through it.

The bolt i used is from the existing spool holder (original pivoting point). Use CR6SE_SpoolHolder45.STL if youre using the original bolt, and just drive the bolt through the print which would give you threads.

If you want to use your own bolt and nut, use CR6SE_SpoolHolder50.STL
