I didn´t want the hassle of unscrewing any of the bolts holding the pulleys. So I made these which will press-fit around the heads of the existing screws.
For me it´s a perfect fit, I hope it´ll be the same for you

Y-axis cover Left & Right + Lid x 2
X-axis cover, no lid

I put a drop of super glue on the edges of the lids to make sure they will sit securely.

Since it´s a tight press fit it requires a quiet well tuned printer.
It should take a bit of force to press them on the screw heads. This is to make sure they can´t loosen in time.

The X-axis cover doesn´t need glue or lid.
