To get the white lines of the crosswalk you need to insert a filament change in the slicer. Cura has a useful gcode post-processing script for this. Other slicers might have similar features.

I made two variations of the ground. An authentic one where the positions are based on their positions on the image as well as a centered and aligned version for those who prefer.
The one in the photos is the authentic version.
