This is a interior to exterior wall pass thru for laser fume extraction. This is sized for a 74mm ID hose to fit over the flange. The backside of this flange fits onto a dryer vent from a box store that costs about $13. I have this passing thru a sheet of plywood that has been hung over a window, The dryer vent is attached to a piece of plywood that is blocked into the window opening, This was do so I would not have a permanent hole in my shop wall.
