I made these stands for some of my son's Lego Starfighters. There are different versions for the various logos of the Rebels, Empire, First Order, and Galatic Republic so you can match them to the Lego set. I used the bricks from cfinke's excellent brick customizer. I put technic holes in the brick so you can add a 6x6 plate and pin it in with cut-down pins, or just glue it for larger models (I did this for Kylo Ren's Tie Fighter 75179). They work fine for me solidly holding everything up to the size of an X-Wing without an additional larger plate secured to the stand.
