Bumba the Panda

Bumba lives among the Soft Bamboo of Nubba, where he loves to stay still and listen to the wind moving through the leaves. He seems sleepy, but he is always paying attention to the quiet sounds that almost nobody notices.

One afternoon, he found a small round stone hidden between the roots. It did not glow or make a sound, but it was warm, as if it had just woken up.

Since then, whenever Bumba lies beside it, the hills of Nubba ripple very softly, as if the world were breathing in secret.

Bumba still does not know why, but he believes some parts of Nubba are not asleep, only waiting for someone to listen.
