These 4" speaker grilles are custom made to fit the top tray of a US General / Kobalt mini toolbox with a 3mm spacer and still allow the lid to close fully. The inside diameter of the grilles are 104mm, allowing for use on most speakers. 

The speakers grilles are a 2 piece design that snap together or can be glued for a permanent fit. The custom “crossed wrenches” design adds an excellent visual appeal when printed in an applicable color scheme (or painted) and installed on US General / Kobalt Mini toolboxes.

• Speaker Clearance 

Outer dia. of speaker (inner dia. of grille ring) :104mm

Grille Ring bottom to Grille insert bottom : 16mm

( internal grille vertical clearance for voice cone )

(speaker screw mount tab surface to speaker voice coil height)

• Toolbox Clearance ( when using the factory supplied rubber tray mat and a 3mm printed spacer underneath the speaker)

Inner lid surface to grille insert surface (ceiling clearance) : ~3mm

Distance between grilles when installed on speakers in toolbox : 5mm
