Overview
This enclosure is designed for the Raspberry Pi 4B. You’ll need to purchase 4 M2.5×4 hexagonal standoffs, 8 M2.5×4 countersunk hex screws (to securely connect the circuit board to the enclosure using the standoffs), 4 M3×12 cylindrical head hex screws (for mounting the 2510 cooling fan), and 1 5V 2510 cooling fan.

Important Notes
The original design called for M2.5×12 screws to secure the 2510 fan, but since I only had M3×12 screws on hand, I ended up using those instead. While the M3×12 screws fit a bit snugly, they still work perfectly fine. If you’re purchasing M2.5×12 screws, you’ll need to modify the four screw holes at the fan mounting area of the enclosure to M2.5.
Additionally,To achieve maximum compactness, the threaded holes for the board and hex standoffs may end up slightly offset. When tightening the inner-side screws, simply angle them in as you screw them down—this won’t affect the overall appearance. Otherwise, you’d need to opt for a larger-sized female mold, which would look quite out of proportion.
(If you don’t mind, you can proceed this way—but if you’re particular about aesthetics, we recommend using a craft knife to trim part of the hex standoffs, as shown in Figure 2.) Alternatively, if you have a 3D printer, you can print the “M2.5 Screw Mount” attachment (shown in green in Figure 2), eliminating the need to purchase M2.5×4 hex standoffs altogether.
