This is the "Double Wide" version of my structural mending plate set. At 40mm wide, these plates feature two parallel rows of holes.

Why use the wide version? While the standard 20mm strips are great for simple connections, a single row of screws can sometimes act like a hinge. This double-row design locks the joint completely, preventing the connected parts from rotating or twisting.

• Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are best for structural parts. PLA is acceptable for indoor, non-heat applications.
• Infill: 100% (Solid) is recommended to prevent crushing when tightening screws.
