This is the "Quad Row" edition of the battery holder system, designed for building substantial energy storage blocks. It covers grid configurations from 4x2 (8 cells) up to 4x6 (24 cells).

Why use Quad Row? Using larger blocks like these 4-row holders significantly speeds up the assembly of large battery packs (like Powerwalls or EV conversions) and ensures excellent alignment across a large number of cells. Like the smaller versions, these feature dedicated internal channels for routing BMS balance wires or thermal sensors cleanly through the pack.

The Set Includes:

  • 4x2 Holder (8 cells)
  • 4x3 Holder (12 cells)
  • 4x4 Holder (16 cells)
  • 4x5 Holder (20 cells)
  • 4x6 Holder (24 cells)

Key Features:

  • Massive Stability: Creates large, rigid blocks of cells efficiently.
  • Wire Management: Integrated channels keep BMS wiring safe and organized.
  • Professional Assembly: Ensures all cells are perfectly parallel for spot welding.

Printing Instructions:

  • Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are essential. Large packs can retain heat, and PLA is not suitable.
  • Supports: None required.
  • Walls: 3 perimeters recommended for structural integrity.
