The Center Finder Tool is a simple and accurate tool for finding the exact center of cylindrical parts such as rods :)


The tool has two inner faces set at 90°, which are pressed against the sides of the cylindrical part. Using the built-in guide line, you draw a straight line along the surface. This line passes through the center of the circle.

By repeating this process from a different position and drawing a second line, the intersection of both lines marks the exact center of the cross-section.

How it works

  1. Press the tool against the cylindrical part so both inner faces touch
  2. Draw a line using the guide slot
  3. Rotate or reposition the tool and draw a second line
  4. The intersection point is the center
