A two-tone architectural planter where a Japanese kumiko inspired lattice overlays a continuous base form. The design relies on colour contrast as much as geometry—allowing the upper lattice to read as a distinct structural layer rather than surface decoration.

The print profile has two plates, the first pauses after printing the base just before starting with the pattern. Use the printer menus to unload and load a new colour filament if you have a single colour printer.

Alternatively use plate 2 if you have a multi-colour printer and it will switch colour automatically.

Kumora works well for succulents, herbs, or small houseplants for pots up to 71mm tall and 86mm in diameter. But feel free to scale as you see fit.

If you like the pattern then maybe you would also like the Kumora Lantern too.
