When the cosplay is so good, you're literally chained to it

Discover this intricately detailed fan-made bust depicting Shizuku Kuroe, the iconic cosplay character from the popular anime series My Dress-Up Darling. Rendered in a charming chibi style, this sculpture captures the essence of the gothic Lolita aesthetic with remarkable precision in its form and texture.

The central focus is the character's expressive head, featuring large, deeply engraved eyes that convey significant character even without pigment. Her signature short bob haircut with blunt bangs is sculpted with defined hair strands framing her face. Perched atop her head is an elaborate, voluminous bonnet, characterized by deep, cascading ruffles along the brim and prominent, stylized bows flanking the sides.

The bust transitions downward into a high, multi-layered ruffled collar around the neck, showing the same attention to fabric fold details. The entire piece rests upon an ornate, tiered plinth base composed of stacked, wave-like ruffles that mimic the complexity of her dress skirt.
