I designed and 3D printed this set of bolts with nuts (threaded rods), intended for testing, prototyping, tooling, and small assemblies in laboratory settings or educational environments. The package also includes mounting washers, which help distribute the load more evenly and ensure a cleaner, more stable assembly.

To accommodate varying requirements, the bolts can be resized directly within the slicer—whether you need larger or smaller variants, or different proportions—without having to modify the CAD model. Additionally, to simplify assembly and minimize the risk of overly tight fits or excessively “hard” threads—common issues in FDM printing—a tolerance has been incorporated into the threaded portion of the nut.
