Due to slicing settings, the file is quite fragmented (it’s packed so tightly that it can’t be printed as a whole). Users with powerful computers can download the file, re-slice it, and rearrange the layers to optimize the print job, which will save time. (If the file is simplified to the point where it has only a few faces, it simply won’t print.)

Note: There are no files available for the national emblem or the President’s portrait (and even if there were, we wouldn’t dare to share them).
