To fit this 40cm design on a standard printer like the Ender 3, the model has been split (inside the slicer) into two  manageable middle sections that can be joined with glue. If you need to resize the model, ensure you disable "Uniform Scaling" in your slicer; this allows you to adjust the length and width while keeping the Z-axis at 100% to preserve the 2mm thickness. For mounting, the lightweight profile works perfectly with double-sided tape or small finishing nails.
