Second‑Generation 3D‑Printed Badminton Shuttlecocks Available!
These shuttlecocks are entirely printed in TPU, with molded feathers that closely mimic the look and feel of real badminton shuttlecocks.
The head of the shuttlecock can be printed using PEBAX (as an optional material from Fuguo), which should deliver even better performance. While the feather section can also be printed in PLA or PETG, these materials will result in a less durable product.
Assembly is relatively straightforward: simply align the 10 feathers with their corresponding slots and snap them into the base; then attach the base to the head—light application of adhesive is recommended for added stability.
