Key Features:

  • Spot Welding Ready: Built-in alignment guides and indentations for nickel strips. These keep the strips perfectly centered over the battery terminals during spot welding, preventing shorts and ensuring strong welds.
  • Integrated Wire Routing: Designed with channels/holes to neatly run balance wires or main power leads without adding external bulk to your pack.
  • Triple Row Configurations: Includes 6 different sizes to build larger pack geometries: 3x2, 3x3, 3x4, 3x5, 3x6, and 3x7.
  • Thermal Management: Proper spacing between cells ensures adequate airflow, preventing dangerous heat buildup during charge/discharge cycles.

Printing Instructions:

  • Orientation: Print flat on the bed.
  • Supports: NONE. The wire routing channels and cell cutouts are designed to bridge cleanly without supports.
  • Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended due to their temperature resistance. Avoid PLA for battery packs, as it can soften and warp from cell heat.
  • Infill: 20-30% (Grid/Gyroid) with at least 3 walls for solid structural integrity.
