A replacement for the teethed connector on the Playseat Challenge sim-racing chair. The original one was a bit too big for me, as I wanted to use a custom screw, so I made my own custom model.
Best print with a 0.2mm nozzle. You need the additional detail for the teeth, otherwise they will skip under load. I used PETG.
